World Cup Challenge

The Challenge

During the 2026 FIFA World Cup a total of 104 matches will be played from the group stage through to the final - your challenge is to forecast the correct score of every match.

For the sake of the challenge the matches will be divided into four rounds. Rounds one to three will cover the matches played during the group stage. Round four will cover the matches in the knock-out stage to final.

For each match, points will be awarded based on the accuracy of your predictions. At the end of the tournament, the person (or persons) with the highest accumulated total will be declared the winner(s) and will have bragging rights over the other losers until the next competition.

As a lesser consideration there will also be cash prizes up for grabs - but who cares about that?

In order to enter the World Cup Challenge you must first become a registered WAFFL member and then register specifically for the World Cup Challenge competition. Total process should take no more than a couple of minutes.
